Cultural Values Study of SITARO Society's Motto “Pakatiti Tuhema, Pakanandu Mangena, Boleng Balang Singkahindo” (As a Contribution for Culture Learning in Education)

The form of culture as a system ideas is very abstract, cannot be touched or photographed and contained in the minds individuals who adhere to that culture. One SITARO community reflection community's motto, namely "Pakatiti Tuhema, Pakanandu Mangena, Boleng Balang Singkahindo". Considering importance knowing cultural values through their well lack research discussing these values, purpose this study analyze motto. In study, researcher used qualitative method. addition, data collection process semi-structured interview technique with additional from observations literature studies, so get more detailed results problems raised. analysis show motto basis every activity they do both family environment. This SITARO's produces large positive impact people's lives which then creates an environment mutually helpful, supportive focused on common goal. future, it hoped further researchers will able deeply about cultures exist SITARO, can contribute learning Indonesia, especially North Sulawesi Province.
